Hi, I’m Julia. The creative mind behind OceanRhyme. I am in love with baroque pearls and with every occasion I handcraft them into jewelry. My purpose is to empower ladies with the magic of timeless and always-different baroque pearls, while keeping the right balance between price and quality. I am a firm believer that our flaws make us unique. Just like the pearls I work with.

I live by the water with my family in New England area. One of my favorite things to do is going for long walks on the beach in the evenings. See colors change in the sky as night falls; listen to the rhyme of ocean weaves. Somehow it makes me feel that I can be a better person, and let go the unnecessary burden that I cumulated inside. That is how I get my shop name: OceanRhyme.

I chose to work with baroque pearls because of their close representation of people. We pass all kind of hardships through our life, only to grow and become our best versions: unique, different and quite not perfect. In the same way, mollusks endure irritation to turn something ordinary, like a grain of sand, into a unique gem. If we can find beauty and happiness in our own imperfections, why require a piece of jewelry to be perfect? Their flaws make them unique. Just like you and me.
